John’s memory of the Reichenbach Fall comes under question when it’s revealed that Sherlock has again exposed him to the hallucinatory drug discovered at Baskerville. Mycroft agrees to assist Sherlock in covering up his death, but ultimately can’t keep the secret from John, who’s spinning off into madness and depression. Sherlock understands it’s his responsibility to pull John back from the edge, even if his grasp of sentiment is still a little shaky.

Obviously that guy Dominic deservered it for some reason, so…
